WARRANTY
LJ Diamonds offer 1 year warranty. We will replace any accent stones in the band or the halo in any Engagement ring or Wedding band at our cost, where there has been no physical damage made to the ring or jewellery.
Our warranty does not cover any physical damages or loss at the hand of the customer.
We do not cover any wear and tear, such as dents, scratches, or misshaping. Your warranty will become void if our item has been modified or has been taken to another jeweller.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Once you have placed your order we start production straight away, therefore your order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If you have provided us with the incorrect ring size, please email us at ljdiamondsau@gmail.com
REFUND
At LJ Diamonds, we custom make every ring especially for you, therefore we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. If there is a quality issue with your jewellery, please contact us within 14 days at ljdiamondsau@gmail.com
